Abel University, established in 1872, is the first regular university in Wales and a well-known research university. It has the world’s largest and earliest established school of international relations, the earliest law school in Wales; the first in the UK for Celtic studies . The proportion of international students at Abel University is only 3%, and Chinese students are scarce. The school is located in the resort town of Aberystwyth and established by the mountains and the sea. Students also have exclusive access to the National Library of Wales, which is the second largest in the UK. It is an excellent place for learning.
